Islamorada fishing report October 28

The Islamorada fishing report for October has been good so far. Just hoping the storms stay away and it continues.

The first 2 days have been good. Catches of tuna and dolphin (mahi-mahi) and snappers.

Dodged a bullet, storm missed us.  Fishing the last couple of days has been good. A few king mackerel, some nice sized mutton snapper and a variety of other snappers.

October 26 Islamorada fishing report

A windy and rough day with a beautiful group of ladies. Helping out Michael Holigan with a pilot for his new show.  The ladies did a good job and now they want to go shark fishing. The ladies were really good. They held up better under these conditions better than some men.

Hard to keep your eyes on the road.

Another bad weather day but we got out. Even caught a few sharks. The ladies did great again. A lot of customers said they want to go next time we do one of these trips.

10-29

Another rough day with a group of hardy fishermen. Didn’t care for the rain, but the action was good. The reef gave us constant action all morning
