Dolphin, Dolphin, and Dolphin!!! There has been plenty of action down here in Islamorada!! The Offshore waters are just swarming with fish right now. Captain Andrew and the crew on the Pretty Work have had a great week. They caught and released a real nice Blue Marlin one day and a Sailfish the next. The Dolphin are showing up in real big schools; mostly mixed sizes anywhere from 3 to 10- pounds, and an occasional Slammer while on the troll. Captain Jeff fished a few days on the Center Console and he too found success with the Dolphin as well as some pretty good reef fishing. Both Captain Andrew and Captain Jeff scored with plenty of Yellowtail snappers and some real nice Black Groupers.

Capt Jeff has also found continued success in the Back country. There have been plenty of big Goliath Groupers which can provide an angler to catch something “BIG”. These guys get up to 600 pounds and will play tug a war with you as long as you’d like. The Snook, Redfish and Sharks are also providing some great action for those who want the lighter side of the Keys Back country.
