Things with teeth always seem to hold a fascination with charters. It could be sharks the #1 toothy critter that holds peoples imagination, but number 2 that amazes people with their toothy grin in the keys are the ‘Cudas. The snappers have slowed a bit on the reef so after we found some debris holding mahi for yesterdays trip. The charter was interested in some toothy visitors.

Capt. Andrew reports:

Today we got some ballyhoo but no minnows, jellyfish were insanely thick on bait patch. Ran out to 300 ft caught dolphin on a small piece of debris they only ate live bait caught 20 until we ran out of livies called 2 other boats in to finish them off.
Caught a few yellowtails in 35 ft still slow caught more ballyhoo nothing happening on deep wrecks so we went and caught some cudas.
