The Islamorada fishing report for October should be a good one. The dolphin and blackfin tuna should be around. Florida and Islamorada in particular are rated #1 in the world for snook, , swordfish and Atlantic sailfish and second for king mackerel and bonefish by Saltwater Sportsman.
We started out the month with diesel tune-up and started good fishing on the 5th with a half day with Dylan. We got into the dolphin and blackfin on the humps. We had plenty of bait as the 1 deposit casino uk.com sardines and cigar minnows were plentiful.
10-6. Had friends in town for a great weekend. Caught some tarpon behind the house and had a good day fishing. Kept some snappers, released some mutton snappers and a cobia.

In the month of October for a group of up to 4, 3 night stay on the water and a day an a half of fishing $2300.00 don’t miss out!!. 10-7. Weather has turned rough. We were able to get out on the reefs for a half day. We got a few mutton snappers and some nice mangrove snappers.
10-9. Had a couple of great families from Tennessee, but almost stayed in due to the weather. We went out and fished a wreck. The fishermen were real troopers and had a great day on the flag yellowtail snappers.

Had a fun day with the Laytons today. It was a great trip. we got a great variety of fish, some Blackfin Tunas a few Kings, a few Mutton’s and several Jacks

The guys from North Florida did well today. It was a beautiful day and the fish cooperated. Some nice blackfin tuna, king mackerel and a bunch of yellowtail snapper.
10-13. A beautiful day on the water with a father and son. They got into the fish. A little of everything, mangrove snappers, yellowatails andd more.
10-20. Finished up a few days of preventive maintenance. Boat is running great. Had plenty of action on the reef yesterday. Also did a few ash scatterings.

Been fishing the reefs lately. Doing great on the snappers. Seeing a lot of mangrove snappers, mutton snappers, and yellowtails when anchored up. Also ran into some sails early in the week.
Hoping a cold front comes through and cools the water a little bit. It is still in the 80’s
