Yesterday Captain Jeff Oughton went offshore in the Gulf and got into some nice big Goliath Groupers and a couple of nurse sharks. The wind picked up so they went inshore and had a real nice catch of Redfish and one big snook.

Cast netting bait at the bait patch in Islamorada near the Alligator light. Netting bait is the perfect way to start the day. With a livewell full of bait, the fishing on the reef is bound to be good.
