The Islamorada January fishing report is off to a good start. We haven’t had as many charters this year as usual due to the hurricane. We are open for business and fishing is good. Come on down,
On Jan 2 we had a family from Chicago for a half day. Great action on snappers and king mackerels.

We had John and Mike out today. Went sailfishing, caught a few even though it was slow overall

Jan 12
Some great folks from Maryland and New Jersey came down. We had a great day of action. There were some nice king mackerel and a cooler full of yellowtail snapper. We were also able to find some sails.
Jan 14
I had another day with Jim and friends from Maryland. We caught a few more sailfish and then ended up with a blackfin tuna for dinner
Jan 20
A wedding group from NC spent a couple of days with us. They know how to celebrate. We had great action on the kings. We got a bunch of snappers for excellent Tacos.
February is coming, Fishing is great.
Remember Florida is considered the best place in the world to fish for sailfish, king mackerel, snook, blackfin tuna and swordfish in February

Fished a day here and there. Come on down and fill up the schedule. The Islamorada January fishing report has been good overall. We have had some really great trips.
Lately we have had some sailfish and a lot of king mackerel. The snapper fishing has been tough , but we always manage to get plenty for dinner.
The weather coming up is windy , so we will be off a couple of days.
