Seems a variety of species have gotten better on the reef and just off the reef. Cero Mackerel fishing is improving with them moving into the chum slicks. Blackfin continue to improve on the lumps, Mahi-Mahi are a little bit of a ride but when you get there its been good fishing.
Captain Andrew Reports:
Yellowtails are biting everywhere in 35-50 feet of water just have to search around to find keepers, shrimp are the best producers. Lots of smaller fish around. Barracuda are biting all over by alligator light. Bonitas and cero mackeral have been finding our chum slick on the edge of the reef. Fishing will continue to get better as the fall migrations start. The weather in october and november can be down right gorgeous as long as the storms stay at bay.
