The “Pretty Work” and the boys in Islamorada have been supplying their groups with plenty of Dolphin action as well as a Reef bite that is hard to beat. You just have to put up with the heat is all!! Captain Andrew has had some good trips this week, mostly fishing the Reef. The Yellowtails have been a nice size and some nice Black Groupers mixed in. The Muttons have been showing up ranging anywhere from 8 to 14 pounds. Captain Andrew tells me the Dolphin fishing has moved way Offshore this week and there seems to be a big run of small fish. There are a lot that we are not able to keep, so it’s hard to make the long journey. There have also been some Swords being caught day and night. He also tells me the Slammers should be running at any time so hopefully this week they will find a few lunkers!!
