The true beauty of fishing in Islamorada is its diversity and even when fishing has been tough there seems to be something to bend a rod. This winter has been strange as far as the conditions are concerned. Fishing has not been easy by any means. We have been pretty fortunate to be able keep our charters occupied even through the difficult stretches.
Capt Aaron has been finding a few sails here and there. The Blackfin Tuna and the Mahi have been around with all the east winds pushing them in! He has also been finding a good bite of King Mackerel of various sizes as well as some Amberjacks to do battle with!
